Eclipse Path for 19 March
You might like to look at the astronomy for this month here.
The second of three exact Saturn Neptune oppositions took
place yesterday. Mercury is still retrograde and turns direct
on 8th March. There is a lunar eclipse on 3 March with the
Sun conjunct Uranus and both lights square to Jupiter. The
eclipse is at 12 Virgo/Pisces which is the degree at which
the first Jupiter Uranus square took place in January.
Eclipses energise the areas which they touch. There is a
change in the flow of energy symbolised by the disruption
in light.
Jupiter is also trine to Saturn and Venus completes a grand
trine in fire which will complete during the week following
the eclipse.
The solar eclipse is square Pluto and this aspect doesn't
relate back to much else in the chart. The rest of the activity
is centred around Saturn and Neptune. Jupiter has now reached
the exact trine and Mars is about to oppose Saturn and conjoin
Neptune. The exact Mars Saturn opposition will be joined by
the Moon to make a T-square on 22nd which will, of course,
be part of the equinox chart.
The solar eclipse is square Pluto but also square the degree
where Jupiter will conjunct Pluto at the end of the year.
This could be the first factor which ignites the underlying
pattern of planetary aspects.
In the UK one of the main stories is about contaminated
petrol which is damaging cars and knocking out their oxygen
sensors. This does fit very well with Saturn opposite Neptune.
Not only is this associated with chemicals but it is also
a gas detector which is the failing part.
