An explanation of some technical terms
The Natural Zodiac
A way of presenting a chart if you have an uncertain time is to use the Natural
Zodiac. This puts the first sign on the ascendant – the first
house – and so on around the horoscope. If you have Aries
rising the house cusps automatically follow the natural zodiac.
If you do not know the time of an event it is common to use the
natural zodiac which will align 0 Aries with the normal position
of the ascendant on the left hand side of the chart.
